CHAA is seeking a new Treasurer, as an officer and member of the BOD. Effective immediately we are seeking candidates who are willing and able to assume the responsibilities of this position. The duties of the Treasures are to maintain the financial accounting of the CHAA organization and file annual paperwork to maintain our nonprofit status. A complete description is attached.   2. Monitor the www.ch2mhillalumni.org website
  3. Maintain Journal of Inc & Exp
  4. Receive and record Cash and PayPal payments
  5. Post payments to Master Roster
  6. Monitor and maintain BofA CHAA and Reunion bank accounts
  7. Prepare Annual Budget
  8. Monitor Actual vs Budget and propose changes as necessary
  9. Send Thank You for $50+ donations
  10. Send IRS Thank You for $100+ donations
  11. Send Welcomes to new members
  12. Send Dues Reminder as needed to Alumni
  13. Prepare annual state and federal tax returns, and CA Statement of Information
  14. Prepare 1099s for independent contractors
  15. Monitor and process invoices of independent contractors
  16. Monitor and process subscription renewals for D&O Insurance, Aweber, GoDaddy, HostGator, PayPal.
  17. Prepare Treasurer’s report for BOD meetings
