In 2015, client-centricity became the cornerstone of CH2M’s client support strategy.

Our WBG has been highly successful in Florida, including winning a major contract in 2014 to manage Miami-Dade’s Ocean Outfall Legislation program – a $3.3-billion program to reverse the city’s wastewater away from ocean outfalls and reroute flows to a new membrane bioreactor treatment plant.

In January, a heroic effort by our combined WBG and OM combined services to land a $40-million contract to manage Pembroke Pines water and wastewater utilities over the next 5-1/2 years.   Work in Pembroke Pines will begin in May.  With limited time to mobilize, the team worked relentlessly to procure equipment, hire staff, and prepare to transition the operations of Pembroke’s water and wastewater treatment plants, collection and distribution systems, as well as billing and customer service functions over to CH2M.
