There is no business nor financial connection between Jacobs and CHAA. Therefore, most would judge that there is no conflict.
Jacobs is justifiably proud of its strong business and cultural legacy. But CH2M Hill is just as proud of it’s legacy. If you ever worked for CH2M Hill join us as we PAY FORWARD that history and it’s unique legacy in the engineering space.
That is a question the CHAA Board has also asked and in response formed a special task force in January 2023 to address it. The task force has a two-year phased study plan with the objectives of enhancing and sustaining the CHAA membership and alumni community (reunions/local groups) in the near-term; and emphasis of outreach (alumni Pay-it-Forward activities) and sustaining lasting CH2M HILL legacy through other organizations and entities in the long term. You will hear more about this soon via the CHAA website, newsletters and other communications. Join us in that quest.
We understand. But, there is no commitment; you may choose to engage as you wish, even as a passive observer. And the membership cost is rather modest. Cost is $20 per year. Or you may choose “The Senior Moment” plan, 5 years for $100 so we don’t have to remind you every year.
Many volunteers are needed to support the CHAA and related organization and initiatives. These currently include the CHAA Board of Directors (5 needed beginning 2024); and by contributing alumni news, events, and articles for the Newsletter and Website – Send your ideas to ch2mhillaa@gmail.com

Anyone who has previously worked for CH2M HILL or its affiliated Companies (Like OMI etc.) and is retired or currently employed by any other firm or organization.
The CHAA has a total current roster of about 1,200 alumni, of which, about 500 are dues paying members.
