For the second consecutive year, CH2M HILL has been recognized as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by the Ethisphere Institute, which, through in-depth research and analysis, reviewed thousands of companies from more than 100 countries and 36 industries.
This is the fourth time Ethisphere, a think-tank dedicated to the creation, advancement, and sharing of best practices in business ethics, corporate social responsibility, anti-corruption and sustainability, has published the rankings. One hundred companies made the 2010 list, and five are among the engineering and construction industry.
“Receiving this honor is truly a marketplace differentiator, and it reflects the dedication of employees, at all levels of our organization, to conduct business in the most ethical manor, and to care about the communities we serve. Treating each other with civility and our multi-culture diversity are a big part of this,” said CEO Lee McIntire. “I couldn’t be prouder.” CH2M HILL is among companies such as Aflac, IKEA, National Grid, Ford Motor Company, General Electric, Google, L’Oréal, Nike, PepsiCo, Starbucks, T-Mobile USA, UPS, Whole Foods Market, and Xerox that received the designation in 2010.
For the fifth year in a row, Engineering News-Record (ENR) has ranked CH2M HILL the No. 1 firm for both program management and fee-based construction management (CM).
