Jerry was a Registered Civil Engineer in California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, and Arizona. He served as Chair of the Orange County (CA) Industrial League, was a Fellow in the American Society of Civil Engineers, was a member of the Water Pollution Control Federation and the American Water Works Association, was a Diplomat of the American Society of Environmental Engineers, and a board member of the American Council of Engineering Companies of California.
